OK, so there is this guy that I like. We are friends and we sit next to each other in almost every class because our last names are 1 letter apart. We are always partners on assignments and constantly talk and flirt. However, I cant tell if it is just playful flirting or if he wants something more. Can someone give me tips on how to make him like me/date me or signs on how to tell that he likes me?

WEll, just figure out who he likes!!! If you can't do it get one of his friends to do it. Ask to do something outside of school with a group. If he jumps on the idea or if he says he'd like to and he'll have to see or if there is something rrreeeeeeaaaaaallllyyy important he has thats a possitive sign. Unless, he is one to be nervous and dosen't want to mess his chance with you up, then you'll have your answer!

Don't listen to any "signs" people give you.
Most likely they are wrong.
Some guys just like staring or flirting with people. So it's hard to tell if they like you.
But you need to make a move.
Ask him for his number or something (if you don't have it already) to say you might wanna talk to him.
You can always say.. "I really want to see ____ (movie) but none of my friends want to see it. Will you go with me to see it? I don't want to go alone. "
Or just ask him to go see a movie with you.
Ask him to come over to your house if you have an assignment or project. or just to hang out.
You need to make a move... just to see if it will take you anywhere.
But don't do anything that would make him jealous. It's NO good. It leads to drama. Because if you flirt with a guy or one of his friends.. he might think you like them and if he likes you.. he probably won't anymore.
You can't make someone like you. Just be yourself and if he flirts then I'm sure he's interested in you. Especially if you constantly talk...Maybe he's shy so you'll have to make a move.

Play it cool. Since you spend so much time together i would be careful not to make the situation uncomfortable. If you tell him everything you feel at this point and he doesnt feel the same way. You will still have to see him everyday. Id start small. Ask him if he would like to come over to your house and hang out. Do friend stuff with him away from the structure of a class room and see where it goes. If you ask him over and he never is able to come for a visit. Atleast you havent told him how you feel and you can save face later.

Okay well hummy it is the 22end century now and girls can ask out guys to. i mean its not that difficult... and if not then flirt harder with him and even try to make him jelous i mean flirt with one of his friends or just act like you are. Or you could tell one of his friends that you like him, and you know friends and ask him or her even if they would help you out. I mean it works for me
