No, there's no way of telling who is reading your blog or not. You're able to change your settings of your blog, though. You can change it so just the people you have added to your friends list can view your blog(s). Although you're not able to know who exactly is reading it, you're able to know that it's just the people you have added.

if you have your blogs marked as 'friends only' then your friends read them.
if they're 'public' then everyone can read them
but there aren't any ways to tell who 'exactly' is reading them.

nop/ although I wish there was a way but I think its illegal to have a tracke as well as it is agaits to tos to find out who views them, etc. so there is no whay you can. You can view who subbies to them and stuff. but you cant tell who has viewed them.

There's no absolute way to see who's been reading them, but you can select who can be allowed to read them by adjusting your blog settings.

You can check your subscriptions.
You can put people on a preffered list.. but yeah.. of course they would be the only ones to read it.
there's really no tracker to tell you that.

Simply check who reads them? Nope, unfortunately. You can, however, see who has Subscribed. Though, most people don't bother doing the Subscriptions. Probably because they never want to be found out, in most cases.
