Smaller post offices in smaller towns won't be involved with tracking services. I'm sure the package made it to the right post office. If not, they would send it back to you. It could also just be an error in the report. Mistakes happen. They wouldn't deliver a package to the wrong person. :)

If the person you were sending it to lives in Burbank, then you might have put the wrong zip on it, or perhaps the zip has changed since you last sent something.
