hah this is gunna sound stupid
but i'm pretty sure i have abs..but one problem theres fat over them..what are something i can do to get ride of that fat and show my abs
LM answered Wednesday November 8 2006, 5:29 pm: This magical new phenomenon called... exercise! Crunches, curl-ups, sit ups, whatever you call them, they work great! Plus walking/running/jogging/taking the stairs helps too. Just get moving!
