abs hah this is gunna sound stupid
but i'm pretty sure i have abs..but one problem theres fat over them..what are something i can do to get ride of that fat and show my abs

its simple.........cut back on junk, soda, and do alot of sit ups and crunches. i do about 200 sit ups and 50 crunches a day and ive already lost five lbs in 1 month and its right where your abs are!!
and yes crunches is half way up and sit ups are full ]
This magical new phenomenon called... exercise! Crunches, curl-ups, sit ups, whatever you call them, they work great! Plus walking/running/jogging/taking the stairs helps too. Just get moving!
And don't live on junk food. Eat a balanced diet, it'll help. ]
Your right, that is kinda funni, but anyways if you want to remove the fat and show your hot abs, then...do sit-ups and crunches, and that does the trick. I would do about 50 each, and in no time, you will se little blocks on your tummy, also known as abs! Hope i helped! ]
