mono
My friend has mono and i shared her water bottle with her 2 days ago( not knowing she had it) i got tested the next morning and my test came back negative..however i feel like i have the flu and strep throat , is there a possiblitly that i may still have gotten it? should i get tested again?

You could have t just from being with her. Y ou also might have strpe throat because it is common with mono. If you are really comcerened go back to the doctor.

Mono is an airborn disease, you could have gotten it from being around her.

Call your doctors office and talk to the nurse. Tell her the symptoms you are having and why you are concerned. She will let you know if you should be rechecked. It won't cost you a thing. :)
