5 pounds in a week?

i know its not possible to loose alot of weight in a week, but i want to loose as much weight as i can by halloween. i mean like 5 pounds i guess. what should i eat and about how many sit ups and all should i do a day? i mostly want to loose it in my arms and stomach.

i heard eating cottage cheese and skinless boneless chicken is good to diet on? but would it be normal cottage cheese or what kind?.

Drinking water and eating soup works , dont do it for breakfast,lunch and dinner.Just eat it for lunch, have a smoothie for breakfast and a salad with chicken for dinner!Just do some situps - do as many as you can until you feel tired!

it's possible. wrestlers do it all season to get down to the weight that they want to be at.. i would concider eating instead of chicken to eat boco brand stuff it's meatless (vegetarian brand stuff with soy) it's good and it was less fat and not as much calories, veggies, fruit etc. maybe talk to a wrestler that you might be close to and see what he does to loose weight. usually they just drink water and gatorade(fasting) hope i help and good luck!

If you drink soda, stop.
Its proven that if you replace up to 3 cans of soda a day, with water, you can lose about 2-6 pounds a week. Yes, thats how bad soda is for you.

If you don't drink soda, kudos.
Make sure you get your 6-8 glasses of water daily, as this flushes out toxins and fatty substances. Also, it will GREATLY help you lose weight.

Don't go all drastic and just hit the only green food diet, eat what you normally eat, just in small, porpotional sizes.
Instead of the whole bag of chips, take only five. Put your fork down in between bites at dinner, as this will help you to not over eat.
EAT WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY, STOP WHEN YOU'RE FULL.
Big tip, it really works.

Try taking up running if you would like.
Start with a slow jog, then a steady run.
Only do about 1/2 a mile, then move it up 1/2 miles every four days.

well just eat healthier cut out those fatty foods. also you can run it really does help.
also drink tons of water its great, it gets your metabloism going and cleans out your system so you should lose 5 pounds in one week if you just pay attention to what you eat and work out, and doing situps wont show results in a week, theyre more to sculpt your abs so just maybe jog, jumprope anything that involves cardio.
