1-We could buy less junk food (so i wouls be less tempted to want to eat it)
2-my mom knew alot about dieting and helped me lose alot of weight
3-my family was rather suported.
If you really don't want to tell you family then you could say you just want to go for a walk, walking every day for an hour or so is a really good work out.Playing with friends every day is also vary good, and just stop eating all that junk foor that will do wanders. If they ask why yuo don't want to eat eny junk food just say your trying to be more healthy, or tell them that in shcool they are teaching you all about food and how to eath healthy things for you body. You parents probley will be happy if don't get eny more junk food and i dought eny of you siblings (if you have any) won't care as long as they can keep stuffing there faces with junk. But the best advice i can really give you is to just tell them

But just make your portions smaller, but EAT healthy! And exercise, you have to combine both of those together to lose weight and be healthy!
LM answered Tuesday October 24 2006, 8:10 pm: Why are you trying to hide your weight loss from your family? Are they that unsupportive, or are already a healthy weight and do not want to admit to having an eating disorder?
If you tell your family about wanting to lose weight and imporve your health, they'll likely be supportive.
Besides, they're your family. They're gonna notice if you lose weight; they know everything about you.
EDIT: So? You don't have to be like them. Eat until you're full. They shouldn't make you overeat. Don't use your family as an excuse; you can change yourself. [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
