karisue answered Monday October 23 2006, 6:13 pm: don't be rude to her about it. it's just a crush & it'll fade.
i'm sure at one point or another you've liked someone & talked about them nonstop & more than likely got on her nerves to.
just tell her nicely that you don't feel like hearing her talk about him anymore.
and if it's bothering you that she's talking to him, maybe you are just jealous & i'm sorry if that sounds rude, but it's the truth dear. [ karisue's advice column | Ask karisue A Question ]

You might not realize it but you may be jelous.
Try to sort out your feelings and try to understand your anger towards her.
MelLeDisko answered Monday October 23 2006, 3:15 pm: Gah, all girls do this. Once a girl gets a crush, there's no getting her to shut up about him ; I've been down this road before. The both obsessively talking road and the wanting her to shut up road, lol.
I would just ride it out for awhile more, and if she doesn't stop talking about him, just jokingly be like,"Hahah SHEESH! You GOT to get your mind off him! You're like, obsessed! Haha." And try to get her mind focused onto something else. If she STILL keeps talking about him, then just let her know she's talking about him so much, and could she please try to stop it. You don't mind if she does a little, but not all the time. Best friends should be able to talk to eachother about anything, and understand. Just watch how you say it so it doesn't come off rude and hurtful.
