Usually I go for browns, silvers, golds, purples, greens and pinks. Thoses shades look really cute with brown eyes. Also, if you want your eyes to pop, line them with black eye-liner or blue eye-liner. That is also very cute for people with dark eyes and hair.

since your darker complected, you can (and should) wear the darker shades. no im not sayin you have to wear like black eyeshadow or anything like that lol. just the darker shades of colors like, dark greens, dark pinks, beige, darker browns...xoxo helpachick

Well you can try any color and see how it looks on you. Sometimes blue or pink may work.
Purple and green makes brown eyes stand out.
You can also go for shades of brown for a natural kind of look.
