hair dying
i have a guy friend who wants me to dye his hair for him. i just don't know is it ok to just use one of those boxes that are like meant for girls? or are there specific dyes that you are supposed to use for guys hair? thanks!

It shouldn't matter. But they do sell hair dye for women AND men. :)

My boyfriend [fiance] sisters is a hairstylest.
I asked her about it, and she said that all hair color is the same whether or not it says for guys or girls.
She works at Fantastic Sams & says all hair color is the same, they use the same type on both men and women.
As she said;
"All hair is the same"

Well, they make hair dye for both men and women. Either one will work, so don't worry. Just choose whichever one you want, it won't hurt anything.

It doesn't matter if you're a boy or a girl, the dye is going to go on their hair just the same. My boyfriend dyes his hair with girl dye and his hair comes out good.

Im pretty sure there are men's hair die too but its fine to use womens, womens hair dye just gives you more because they have longer hair.

i asked my brothers g/f about this one,because she is a hair dresser.she said it is perfectly fine to use womens hair on mens hair.but if your friend is concerned,they make hair dye specifically for men too.so you guys has nothing to worry about.

You can used the boxed dyes from a store. I've dyed one of my guy friend's hair numerous times with store bought dye. You just have more left over since most guys have shorter hair.
