what size skirt??
im 14 and about 5`3-5`4 and 110 pounds and my waist is like 31 inches so I'm wondering would I fit into a size 2 mini skirt at abercrombie and fitch? or what size fits me because I'm buying the skirt on ebay and i dont know what size i am.

id go to the store and just try it on anyways. i always get different sizes because all materials make you fit differently. i wear a size 7-9 in pants and a size 5 in dresses. so it all really depends on the materials and how comfortable you feel in them.

Since Abercrombie does run a little big, I would try a 1 or 0.

If you end up getting a skirt that doesnt fit, you could always re-sell it on ebay.

You could probably even fit into a size 0 at abercrombie and fitch because their sizes run a little big. My sister fits the same body type as you and I know she wears a 0. Good luck.
