alright. i'm not gonna go to some website and tell you what they say because those things don't always happen. whenever i have a panic attack, i feel like i'm not really there. my voice seems really loud to me and like im going to fall or like my head is going back and forth. my head starts to hurt and my whole body starts to tingle, especially my hands. my heart starts racing and it makes my ears ring to hear anyone talk. everything suddenly seems so much louder. i also feel like im floating and that things such as stepping, are a lot softer and lighter. i can also start to sweat or figgit because im so nervous. it's one of the worst feelings ever! ♥ megan

Here are the symptoms.

*Are you constantly worried about things, but there are no signs of trouble?
* Do you have frequent aches and pains, but can’t trace them to an illness or injury?
* Do you get tired easily, but you have trouble sleeping?
* Is your body constantly tense?
* Does your heart start pounding for no reason?
* Do you feel dizzy?
* Do you feel you can’t breathe?
* Do you feel you are about to die?
* Do you feel like this over and over again?

People having a [panic/anxiety attack will often hyperventilate from breathing fast. If you are doing this and you start to feel tingly and like you can't catch your breath...grab a paper bag and
breath into it until it passes. :)
