1st Of All I Got To Say Congrats

To Make Sure The Baby Comes Out Healthy Make Sure You Go And Get A Check Up On The Baby Like Every Month To Make Sure Everythign Is Goin Okay With The Pregnancy. Dont Take Any Kind Of Drugs Or Smoke This Can Cause The Baby To Have Health Problems After Its Born. Go Get Signed Up For WICK Its A Program Where They Send You Like Baby Formula,Diapars,Juice,Baby Cereal And Make Sure Your Baby Gets Medical Coverage Once It Gets Here. They Send You Stuff Monthy Until Your Child Turns 5 Yrs Of Age. Make Sure You GEt Put On Sum Prenatal Vitamins To Make Sure The Baby Stays Good And Healthy While Your Pregnant. Avoid Stress This Could Cause You To Lose The Child. It May Also Help To Take Calcium To Make Sure The Baby Has Strong Bone When It Comes...Well Thats All I Have To Say...Good Luck

Aw, congratulations! So your going to be a mother!

Here are some things you should keep in mind

1) Do not drink beer, or any alchohol during your pregnancy, try not to take alot of medications they may harm the baby, do NOT take drugs
2) Walk around alot it will make your babys legs strong
3) When your around 8 months pregnant your hips might be a bit.. weird. wear a belt that will support them.
4) Lazame or whatever. Parenting classes with your boyfriend, will help your delivery.
5) Try to relax and not work as much, try not to gain to much stress.
6) Eat healthy foods.

Remember, a baby only comes when he/she knows you are ready for him/her.

Congrats! Hope I helped.

Talk to your doctor about it, and he'll let you know mostly what a pregnant woman should and shouldn't eat [ cause I don't have much experience in this field ]. But from what I do know, it's best to stay away from alcohol, drugs, smoking, secondhand smoking, anything bad that can harm the baby because that's how disabilities can come about after birth. And never eat for two, that'd be too much weight to gain, especially with a child sitting there in your oven. Just eat for yourself, and it'll be good for him too. I wouldn't say stay away from ALL foods, but make sure to but healthy foods and fruits and vegtables in your meals and drink some milk.

If I didn't help enough, hopefully this site can:

When you went to get your ultra sound done they should have given you vitamins to take, and if they didn't, I suggest to get them A.S.A.P. Also, to ensure that you're doing all you can to make sure the baby is healthy, don't drink alcohol, don't consume too much caffeine (your doctor will tell you the amount you can have), don't smoke or be around anyone else who is smoking, and eat healthy. Those are the most basic and simple steps to ensure you're doing your part to help your baby come out healthy. Also, I suggest checking out books from the library or researching online the different stages you're in. Right now (I'm guessing that your probably two months along?), your baby is very tiny and the baby's heartbeat is just now beginning. Your baby's lungs and other organs are beginning to develop and his limbs are forming. It's really neat to see what's happening during the different weeks. You also may be able to take some sort of parenting classes or just read up about different stuff you're curious about so you'll be ready when the baby gets here. Other than that, I'd say to focus on yourself and being happy. The mothers mood and stress levels have an impact on the unborn child. I hope this helped and feel free to ask me anymore questions (I studied a lot of child development in college and have books on it and such). Good luck and congratulations! <3 Dana (check out this website: it's the development of the child during the first trimester.)[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Do exactly what your doctor tells you to do. He/she will make sure you get vitamins and all that good stuff.

Don't eat for two because it isn't necessary and will make you put on to much weight. This isn't the time to diet though. Eat as you normally would.

Just take care of yourself basically. :)
