xTakemeawayox answered Thursday September 7 2006, 5:09 pm: it is against the law becuz you are a minor still. maybe you should "abort" the relationship til your 18, or keep in ssecret til your 18 and tell. really the only way there would be a problem is if your parents found out and had a huge problem with it. but if you were caught, she would be the one who gets in trouble for "rape"
Emmiisbiffle4life answered Thursday September 7 2006, 4:05 pm: yeah, continue your realationship, its only against the law if you have sex and have proof which you don't. if you somehow were caught though then it wouldn't be the minor who gets in trouble, she would because at 18 you are an adult.
hope i could help, at all?

adviceforlife answered Thursday September 7 2006, 4:00 pm: It depends on what state you live in, some its 17 and some its 18. It also depends if your parents allow it. They could charge her for rape/child molestation. She would be the one to get into trouble. If you really like her, I suggest you keep it secret and wait until you are 18 to let the relationship be known. If yall care enough for each other, waiting is just fine.
