Although I don't know your specific problem, it's obviously a really bad one. If you really are depressed and feeling upset you could contact a school counsler or ask your parents if you could see a physciatrist daily so you can release stress off yourself during the year (that way you don't have to share your specific problem.) Also, sharing with your friends always helps, maybe they can relate to your problem or have their own advice hiding up their sleeve. Anyway to get your problem off your chest is a big step towards your normal self. Hope I helped!

But what I also do is to cheer myself up I listen to songs that relate to what I'm going through, or my favorite one to cheer me up. I go shopping, I hang out with my friends, I read a book, I write a story/poem, I draw or paint a picture, I let all my frustrations out by exercising [ so it's two good things in one ]. Sometimes I just blast music real loud and jump around and dance in my room, or I sit down and watch a movie with a bowl of ice cream [ a funny movie ]. Or just do one of your favorite hobbies to cheer up your mood some.

I think talking to friends would do you a lot of good. Going out shopping, or downtown, go to the movies, or have a sleep over so you can have a heart to heart with some girl pals, you know? It can make a whole lot of difference. And if your in school, try the school counsulars? I dont care if you think it sounds stupid, I'm serious. They help. And its a way to relief stress, and get advice on things you know? Kind of like adviceanators, just talking in person. :]
