what is the best kind of moisturizer for guys that have oily skin and is fairly cheap?

Just to add to what has already been said (and to support it, yes you do need a moisturiser), you need to get a non-oil based moisturiser and it needs to be specific to men, as men have a higher pH balance to their skin than women do. This should never be ignored when purchasing moisturisers. Try a Nivea Visage cream, as they are usually very good.

You DO NEED it. Okay, don't listen to the person below, me. You can go to Target or walmart, & buy cheap moisturizer, Its for people with oily skin. When you have oily skin its important to use A cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.

If you have oily skin, you definitely do not need a moisturizer. It will just add more oil to your face. i recommend just washing your face every night with Dove (the bar of soap). It works great....
