Scamming is a serious thign on e-bay and you can report anyone nomatter what their feedback score is. Ebay will look into the problem , and if the person was scamming, ebay will take action, although im not entirely sure exactly what they do. However if the person wasnt scamming, ebay will determine it, and they will have nothing to worry about

you can report anybody. but because you have such good feedback and obviously aren't scamming anybody, you should be okay. if they can't find any evidence that you're scamming somebody, then they'll dismiss the claim. however, if you like to sell items that don't exist or something, then they'll shut you down if they can find evidence that you've been cheating people.

Anyone can report you for whatever reason. But if they don't find evidence then you're all good. So if you know that you aren't scamming anyone, don't worry about it.
