Alot of foods put on the pounds.
Foods you should deffinely watch are sugars, carbohydrates and fat.
Your suppost to have about 300 carbohydrates daily in your diet, and thats hard to do.
Try things low in carbs like peanut butter, meats, poultry, greens etc.
Sugar is unbearable, it seems as if its in everything.
Try sugar free things , like whole grains and less sweets or juice drinks and soda, thats loaded.
but still eat fruit becuase its good for your vitamins and minerals and that is good sugar.
And last but not least fat.
My biggest ease.
Your suppost to have 65 grams of fat a day.
I find it very very easy to keep within this limit.
Try eating fat free things or low fat things.
Like try skim milk, that helps alot.
Also chicken, thats an excellent source of protein and low fat and no carbs.
Every fruit and most vegatables are fat free too, so eat plenty of those.
And if you like snacks, low fat low sugar yogurt and pretzels is good, also rice cakes and even wheat thins are good, just watch the salt!
