well I do know the whole "always use a condom" thing, but every now and then its just not there right? SO I was wondering if you keep up with your birth control taking it the right time every day and you dont use a condom what are the chances of gettin pregnant?

raidergrl1024 answered Thursday August 17 2006, 2:30 pm: With just condom use you have a 3% chance of getting pregnant, with a pill alone you have a .001% chance of getting pregnant. Once in a while is ok but just becausae there is a really small chance that you will get pregnant doesn't mean it can't happen to you. I hope i helped. OiShmoi answered Tuesday August 15 2006, 4:03 pm: If there's no condom available, you don't have sex. Easy as that.
Then you don't have to worry about how effective the pill is and if you're somehow pregnant. [ OiShmoi's advice column | Ask OiShmoi A Question ]

this is from a website because i know nothing about the pill.
---The birth control pill is the most effective way to prevent a pregnancy. It is 98% effective, which means the chances of becoming pregnant are very very slim if you take them properly (THE BIG IF). However, there is still that 2% that do become pregnant, but it is unlikely. As far as the symptoms you've been having, maybe it could be the pill causing them. I remember when I was on the pill I had a lot of nausia and fatigue. If you are really concerned about it, I would go see your family physician.
tropicalbabe33 answered Tuesday August 15 2006, 8:58 am: As high as what the both control says. I don't know what type of birth control you're using (if you are using any, i dont know if the question is about you or just out of curiosity) but most are about 95% protection.
But remember, condoms are the only thing that can stop you from catching STIs and diseases so you should use one even if you are using birth control. [ tropicalbabe33's advice column | Ask tropicalbabe33 A Question ]
