BLONDShorty answered Tuesday August 8 2006, 9:45 pm: don't RESTRICT yourself of any foods. just have things in portions. i don't think that you have to lose weight. and well, i think that it is a bad idea to restrict foods from yourself. if you only want to lose three pounds, that's one thing. but, you can't let yourself lose more than that. the reason you might wear a medium is because you either have bust or because you have a long torso and if you wear a small, it will be too short. i don't think that you need to worry about losing weight, but if you decide that really want to, don't diet by restricting yourself from foods. just have them in portions [ BLONDShorty's advice column | Ask BLONDShorty A Question ]
ductape_n_roses answered Tuesday August 8 2006, 9:39 pm: PLease promise me that you won't go on a diet! You're underweight! 112lb is unhealthy and 115 is on the verge of being unhealty. If you diet, make it a healthy one. Always, always eat breakfast--it will help boost up your metabolism. Eat a small, healthy snack b/w breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner to prevent from over eating during meals. And always exercise. Take your dog on a walk or go on a walk with your friends for at least 30 min. 3 times a day. Switch the next tday to 15min of jump roping 3 times a day. Just eat healthy and exercise. =] [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]
Teza answered Tuesday August 8 2006, 9:39 pm: My opinion, you don't need to go on a diet at all. You're weight is perfect and if you're happy with it, stick with it. You can tone down some of your body parts but that's if you eat healthy and work out so you can build muscle. Don't lose any more weight because you don't need to.
