Anything that requires a lot of rapid movement can exercise the cardiovascular system. I find that skipping ropes can be very useful. Start by doing normal skipping, then try it on one leg, then the other, then running on the spot while skipping.
There are lots of different types of dancing out there. Latin, tap, Salsa, swing, disco, hip hop, etc. All of them require a lot of movement and will help to get your blood pumping nice and quickly. The best part of dance is that it can also help improve your co-ordination and balance, as well as helping to tone you up.
If you have access to a VCR/DVD player, you could purchase an aerobics video. Usually the workouts are quite long and complex so it could take you quite some time to get bored with it and aerobics is one of the best cardiovascular exercises you can do, as it also tones your whole body and they specifically work on fat burn. ]

try dancing. Gretch and I dance to hip hop to tone up. it gets your heart going and you can dance however you want. Just turn on some good hip hop ongs, or put on MTV and watch a music video and dance away. ]
work out! Do a couple of sit-ups, push-ups, weight lifting exercises. Eat little food every hour, not a huge meal and only eat 1 time a day. If you are bored, you can jump rope, jump on the trampoline ((if you have one)) or just play any type of sport. Walk/run/bike down to the park and play tag or a sport with your friends. Then take a nice cool dip in the lake or pond.
I hope I helped!
