To be honest =/ I'm the same height as you and weigh 68 pounds. But for your age it is different to a 13 year old.I would say, find out an average weight for your age and hieght and see how much you need to gain/lose to be around that area.If you don't feel fine with yourself after you do that.Join a sport or run around. It will keep you off from the computer/Tv.Or you can try yoga/palates.And playing the game DDR is just as good as running or jumping rope.

Hello! You're not "fat", you may just be strong, or have some fat. I know this girl, she's 13, she's 5'4", and she wieghs almost 200 pounds. But she's not HUGE. or rolls of fat flopping over her jeans. She actually looks fine. She is really strong and her mom is semi-big so it is hierditory.

If you cannot loose weight even after exercising(do not go on diets, they are not healthy)and eating well, try getting a blood test. There are many things that could be wrong, causing you to gain weight and not loose it. Taking a blood test is free, just go to your local hospital, go to the Lab area(or ask at the reception area), you'll fill things out and then they'll draw your blood. You'll know in about a week if something is wrong.

Being 4 foot 5 inches && weighing 157 sounds unhealthy..

You should probably see a doctor about this tho..

Well, if you think you are you could always go to your doctor and find out what the average weight is for someone your age and height.

And if they tell you that you are, ask them what you should do to bring your weight down. Ask them if they would request a special diet, or a special workout plan...things like that.
