i was wondering if anyone knew of any programs or how to make certain items in black and white photo's colored.

Go to MICROSOFT WORD OR WORKS,
Click INSERT -> Picture -> From File...
Right click the picture,
& click "Format Picture"
Then you'll see "image control"
and then "color:"
choose grayscale
(it will be on automatic)

if you download paint shop pro 7 through a program like bearshare or limewire (that way you don't have to pay for it lol) then you open the picture then you click colors then grey scale... easy as that!
