TEENAGExHEARTS answered Saturday July 29 2006, 4:22 pm: i would say to NOT lose any weight. when i checked your BMI 113 was normal. but 111.3 is underweight. which means that going down to 100 pounds would make you even MORE underweight. just dont cut down on your meals that much, just a little. dont eat a lota chips and stuff, and just eat your meals until your 80% full, because thats what your really supposed to eat until, if you wana stay skinny.
and go to the gym and stuff and workout or play sports or something, and you'll lose a lot

Eating healthfully to get to 100 lbs. is a good idea, along with plenty of exercise where you are exercising 30 minutes plus, because that's when your body begins to burn fat.
Eating plenty of yogurt, salads without alot of salad dressing, eggs and other natural things will get you to your goal. Do not eat anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup or Partially Hydrogenated Fats. Those things are really bad for your body!
There really is no quick fix for weight, so it will probably take a couple of weeks.
Why do you need to get to 100 lbs.? This might not be healthy and do not starve yourself! That is not a good idea. You also lost a lot of weight in one day, so be careful! While eating healthfully is a good idea, dieting may lead to Yo-Yo dieting.
This is always good advice no matter what weight you are!
