OKay. so im 5'3 and im about 115 pounds. is this a good weight to be for my height? i know i have lots of muscle and stuff but i still feel like im always bigger than my friends. or i feel im fat becuz i have all that lower tummy fat and it makes me look bigger from the front. i am not sure what to do. and i eat healthy and everything and im very athletic. but the fat never comes off! im so self conscious! please help!! :/ thanks a bunch!

You put in your height and weight and it tells you if you are at a healthy weight. I went ahead and did the search for you and it says you are at a perfect weight and you should not lose or gain anything. the lower tummy fat- try doing about 50-150 crunches every night before bed. I read your problem, and i am very happy to find that there is at least one person that posts a question on this website and is self confident about himself,though whatever problem he has. So keep it that way, and always be confident about your self and appearance, because people who judge you and become freinds with you according to your appearance are low, but people who judge you according to your personality and characters which i am sure are great, then these are the true friends who you should be with.
Second of all, ofcourse your are not fat at all,and this weight is exactly suitable with your height, you do not need to lose weight at all. Just keep on running and exercising and you won't gain any more , because this is just suitable ,fit and right.

Heres what you do: Dont compare yourself to others. Wear flattering shirts for your body type and shape. Dont compare yourself to other people! I know thats hard, and we all do it, but its best if we dont. Because everyones bodies are so much different, are bone sizes are different, we are who we are. Try jogging, running, sit ups, crunches, just exercising and eating healthy!
And try to love your body! And remember that no ones perfect! So its nothing to strive for :]

If you want to try it yourself, go there, then on the left hand side click "Am I fat?" Type in your weight & height & it'll tell you that you're fine.
