pb b4 bed hey i think i wanna try the peanut butter thing before bed, but i have few questions about it first:
*How long before i sleep do i eat the peanut butter?
*does it matter if the peanut butter is creamy or crunchy?
* i want this question answered by someone who's really tried this: Does the peanut butter thing work??

those people that say, it will turn to fat, thats not true. I clearly read in Teen People that said, it doesn't matter how late you eat.. it does not turn to fat. That is a myth. You actually burn up calories while you sleep.
I highly doubt the peanut butter thing works though. You won't gain weight.. but I don't think you're going to lose any either. ]
It makes you gain weight. Like for body builders and people trying to to weight stuff.

first of all penut butter totally does NOT make you lose weight....it makes you GAIN weight it has like so much calories and before you sleep is even WORSE cuz youll eat and sleep for like 8 hours and you wont burn the calories you ate therefor you will gain weight. ]
i seriously doubt it works, even if it does speed up your metabolism it will be countered by the fattiness of peanut butter in the first place.
plus stuff you eat before you go to bed just sits there and turns to fat. hence the expressions "after eight, gain weight" ]
