hey i think i wanna try the peanut butter thing before bed, but i have few questions about it first:
*How long before i sleep do i eat the peanut butter?
*does it matter if the peanut butter is creamy or crunchy?
* i want this question answered by someone who's really tried this: Does the peanut butter thing work??

caramella answered Sunday July 23 2006, 6:28 pm: first of all penut butter totally does NOT make you lose weight....it makes you GAIN weight it has like so much calories and before you sleep is even WORSE cuz youll eat and sleep for like 8 hours and you wont burn the calories you ate therefor you will gain weight.
