whats the QUICKEST way to loose weight beore augest 18!!? please help me i no i'm getting fat and idk what to do!! i'm thinking about aneroxicaa b/c it seems like the quickest way but idk you tell me

Exercise and a good diet are fastest. I was at camp for a month and I walked at least 2 miles/day and there were lots of stairs and sometimes, I ran. Plus, I cut out all of the junk food from my diet. Now, I still do lots of exercise and eat pretty well. I've probably lost between 5 and 9 pounds. I also gained lean muscle, so I'm stronger from the exercise.

Anorexia is a serious mental disorder. I'm not going to lie, it works if you need it to last like a day or 2. But you get headaches and start passing out. It's such a bad idea. Trust me. Also, you gain a lot of weight after a couple of days becuase your metabolisms slows down.

Eat six small meals a day, Work out. And Drink green tea. And here you can find many herbs that will boost your energy and help you brun weight.

aw anorexia isn't even effective for a really long time..you can be anorexic for a long time before you start loosing wait..trust me. by the time you have lost weight, it is usually too late to save your health. the quickest way to loose weight would be to go on a diet, not a crash diet, a normal one. for example maybe the jenny craig diet. if u just follow the plan that they give and do a nice workout, you should loose some weight. =]]] hope i helped!

First off, anorexia is NOT a quick way to lose weight. It's a serious mental disorder that's difficult to cure & recover from. It makes me mad when people think of it as some "temporary diet." To answer your question:
1. Start eating 4-5 SMALL healthy meals a day. By doing this, it'll keep you from overindulging everytime you eat & it will help increase your metabolism.
2. Avoid caffeine or anything with a lot of sugar. I quit soda for a couple weeks & lost 7 lbs.
3. Get plenty of sleep & try not to stress too much because that will make you gain weight.
4. Exercise 3-5 days a week. Do about 30-45 minutes of cardio during those days. And on your off days, try non-cardio exercises such as crunches, push ups, & squats.
5. Drink plenty of water to clean out your system from toxicans that can contribute to weight gain.

That's all I can tell you. But don't consider starving yourself. I hardly ate for a year or two & now my metabolism is so slow, that I gain just about anything I eat. & a slow metabolism isn't the worst result of starvation either. Heart failure/problems, malnourishment, & even death come along with it.

DO NOTTTTT GO THROUGH ANEREXIA! ITS THE WORST THING! IF YOU DO THAT, YOULL REGRET IT! ITS SOO BAD FOR YOU. okay, so heres what you SHOULD do:
1. EAT
2. you SHOULD eat breakfast just because it gets your matabolism going and your digestive system starts quicker and faster, so itll get rid of food quicker
3. eat healthy such as vegtables and speically fruits.. yummy in the summer time :] haha
4. not too much junk food
5. exercise daily: maybe run once in a while. like make a schedule. try running mondays, wednesdays, thursdays & saturdays! but dont knock yourself out, balance your running miles
6. eat right, dont skip any meals!

Anorexia, isn't the only quick way to loose weight. And, it is extremely unhealthy. You could die. Instead of looking to loose weight, look to be healthy. Once your healthy {Cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.} that should take about a week to take care of, by eating healthy, maybe cutting meals into smaller porportions, but still eating a healthy amount of food.Start jogging, and doing situps. Stay away from snack foods. Make sure you have lots of protein. If you have eggs {protein}, have 2 whites and 1 yolk. Fruits and veggies are very good for dieting. By sticking to a healthy diet, you should be able to loose 10 pounds by august 18. And, you'll be healthy. Anorexia and any other dangerous way to loose weight, you should stay away from, why? because they are DANGEROUS! Hope I helped.

hun, annorexia is not hte answer to quick weight loss..in the end it will acutally make you gain more eweight becuse your body will not kno what to do and gain a lot of water weight in order to nourish the body and stay alive. ..the quikiset and most efficient way to lose weight is by exersicing and eating right..its acutally better to have a lot of small healthy meals then three big unhealthy meals..so snack on with healthy foods! Good luck and be careful
