Okay no offense, but there is no way to gain weight without eating junkfood. You could build muscle. Watch television alot. Play on the computer alot, and don't exercise. Hope I helped.

Impressive that you understand what an ectomorph is, and Iam very glad to see that you also are doing it for health reasons and not just for what most advice seekers want- "da six pakkk"

Yes, ectomorphs do usually have very high metabolisms and a hard time retaining bodyfat and lean muscle. This is evident with the difference between a Mesomorphic bodybuilder's physique and a bicyclist's ectomorphic physique. If you feel the bicyclist's muscle when it is not flexed, it is still very hard and grainy, however if you feel a bodybuilder's muscle unflexed, it is soft until flexed and then it is not grainy; rather a fully muscle belly.

There really isn't any fancy wonder methods in order to gain weight- you simply need to eat more and do it more frequently. Add in slow digesting low Glycemic Index carb sources such as Oatmeal, grain breads and my favorite for putting on size- PASTA and eat a whole lot of it.

Peanut butter is excellent for weight gain, especially when you have 2 big peanut butter sandwiches a day in between meals with 2 BIG glasses of cold whole milk. I cannot stress enough how good milk is for this- it is like liquid gold.

Get away from the "I Want to be a size 0" idea and move towards asking yourself how you can put on quality mass and then learn how to manipulate your diet to help shape the mass you gained and how to keep it for the rest of your life and not just this "Size 0" fad. Do it for your health and do it because you love it. The cosmetic benefits come along wayyy down the road. Stay consistent on your diet and lift weights, you'll get there.

Hey ok well eat foods high in Protein, they also have protien shakes in the pharmacy that help add weight. Using weights works well too, not exercising as much as weight lifting.

I found this website hope it helps.

I'm going through the same thing.
I'm 5'4 and 98 pounds.
Well anyways, you need to count how many calories you eat in a normal day, and then the next day you should eat 500 more calories.

So like if you ate 2000 the first day, then the rest of the week, you eat 2500 each day. Also, buy dumbells, lol. You can get metal ones at walmart-5 pounds- for $3 each. That what I use. They really help even though its just 5 pounds. Then once that gets easy for you, then get a higher one, like 8 pounds.

High protein foods are good for weight gain in your arms and legs. Also, Carbs are good for gain, but I'm not sure where.

Ex: Fish, tuna, spaghetti, pasta.
Also make sure you each right. Because you may be gaining all body fat if you don't, and thats really not good.

I heard that boost was high in protein and nutrition to help you gain weight. Its $20 for a case of 24. But, when you drink this you should eat too.

Good Luck
xoxo

Don't exercise as much.

Eat healthy, but eat over 2,000 calories a day.
