TWO WAYS:
1. Click the History Icon at the top. [Clock with green arrow] Right click -> Delete the things that need to be deleted.
2. Pull up your internet browser. Click TOOLS at the top. [File-Edit-View-Favorites-TOOLS-Help] Then click INTERNET OPTIONS. It should then pull up under the tab GENERAL. Click CLEAR HISTORY.

right click the internet options, and then there is a button that says clear history ]
press history and right click on the ones you dont want and click delete ]
Under your control panel should be a seperate icon that says "Internet options"
From Internet options, it should appear in the "general" screen of the new screen that popped up for internet options. From there you can delete your history. And don't just click "clear history", because they will only clear the web addresses. You also need to click the one for "delete temporary files" Which is your actual history that is taking up space.
It might also be a good idea to delet your cookies, since they too may also slow your computer down.
I hope I helped, and good luck.
