internet abuse

i'm fixing to chenk google in just a second, bit since it's not likely i'll find anything of use, could someone give me some sites or info on internet abuse, and what you should do about it? i appreciate anything you can tell me.

Here is a site that has how to report abuse. It is broken down into catagories of what type of abuse you want to report. Then it gives you a bunch of links. I hope it is helpful.
