i am 13 years old and i have developed breasts but i still havent gotten my period yet. I know that all girls are different but i just want to know when i will get it and if i can wear tampons when i do.

If you have gooey white stuff in your underwear, then that means that you will get your first period in the next 18 months. That's basically the only exact determining factor as to when you will get it.
When you get your first perod, I would definitely not recommend wearing tampons. Wait until at least your third or fourth. When you do wear tampons, make sure its light, and don't wear them for long periods of time, because you could get TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome). At most, wear tampons during the daytime and pads at night.

You won`t know when you`ll get, you can show signs of it getting it soon. For example if your breast get tender, getting cramps in your ovaries, pms, and headaches. I personally wouldn`t use tampons right away, you might want to see how your flow is first (light, medium, heavy) then start using tampons. Hope this helps. ♥

It's very normal to get boobs before you get your period! There is no way to predict when you will get your period, but you will know that it's coming when you get crampy and possibly a little more tired than usaul. As for using tampons, I personaly wore tampons my first period and don't even use pads, but if you try tampons and they don't feel right, then you should try pads out just for a little while! You'll get it soon. Some girls dont get theyres until theyre 16! But it seems as thought you'll get yours soon. And yes you can wear tampons! Just make sure you change it every 6 to 8 hours. !! [: hope i helped!
