green tea

i heard that drinking green tea can help boost your metabolism, but how much green tea would i have to drink for this to happen? i'm 14/f

You're way too young to worry about using metabolism boosters and antioxidants whether they're natural or not. You don't need it, at 14 your metabolism is already in the state that people who are older who drink green tea want theirs to be in, and until you stop maturing it is going to stay that way.

All you have to do is eat healthy and let your body do it's thing without the aid of any "Boosters".

Probably about a cup. Also, eating a teaspoon of Peanut Butter before bed works too.

I would say 1-2 cups a day. Especially if you drink it in the morning right when you wake up. When you wake up, drink one cup with your breakfast, and you should be fine the rest of the day unless you WANT more.
