My sleep cycle is really bad.I will go to sleep at 12 or 1 am just because i cant fall asleep and then i have truoble getting up for work by 7 am how can i fix my sleep cycle to normal hrs? It's really messing up my life i am ALWAYs TIRED.

There are some tricks you can use that may be helpful; take a hot bath before bed, not a shower a bath this relaxes your mind and body. Do not have the television or radio or any other distractions on. A sleep mask also helps and if you can have someone wake you up wearing earplugs also helps. Also going to bed 45 minutes to 1 hour before you want to be asleep is also helpful.
There are other hints that may work for you, also talking to your doctor is a good idea as he can probably recommend things as well.
