blizzardkill answered Tuesday July 18 2006, 7:48 pm: situps and crunches don't do ANYTHING. it only builds muscle. you can't lose fat from just one particular area, fat can come off from anywhere. so just jump rope or powerwalk for 20 minutes everyday with a nice diet that is appropriate for you. you'll see fat come off everywhere. it's gonna be frustrating if you're expecting it to come off from just your stomach. however, once you lose the fat from your stomach, you can do those crunches and get abs. whoo. princesslindsey answered Monday July 17 2006, 6:09 pm: i know it sounds hard to lose weight, but its really not. all you have to do is exercise {like take a walk} And cut down food servings. Not all eating and you don't have to give up anything. just eat smaller portions than you already do. Thats what I did. and it worked. Plus, i play sports at school, so maybe you should do that. Find a sport you love to play. [ princesslindsey's advice column | Ask princesslindsey A Question ]
charli answered Monday July 17 2006, 5:47 pm: Sit ups and crunches are very good for that area. They tone and sculp your stomach. Don't expect results straight away though, you should seem some improvement in 6 weeks. Also there are belts you can get for about £30 which send vibrations through your stomach which tighten and tone and saves you alot of hard work :) [ charli's advice column | Ask charli A Question ]
