If you haven't eaten did you brush your teeth? If not then you better brush. As painful as it sounds, more bacteria are entering your mouth by the minute and if you won't brush your teeth then your mouth will hurt more form the bacteria entering your gums, not to mention the new smell that's going to come out! Brushing your teeth will make it feel better and fix that smell too.

As for your ear, go see the doctor right away! It may hurt from poking the Q-tip too far in your ear when cleaning it. The only way to fix it is by getting some antibioticics (ANTI-BYE-ODD-ICKS)which you must see the doctor to get because you can't get it unless you have a prescription form a doctor for it.

Story of my life. Seems to me, (although I'm not a Dr., it's only my opinion) but, it seems as though you have a inner ear infection. Yes you should go to a Dr. right away. There's no need to be in pain when you dont have to be. Here's what I did growing up when I had one and was crying. It's only a temporairly solution but in the 2 minutes it lasted, it brought me much happinness lol. Take a washcloth, wet it and then put it in the microwave for like 30 seconds, tilt your head and "drape" the washcloth over your ear. You'll be amazed at how much better you'll feel, but it only lasts like 2 or 3 minutes but I guess if you were like me and stayed up all night crying, anything helps.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't tell you what it is or if i've ever had what you have.
I can guess it could be something like an ear infection, or it could be something like tonsilitis, or any other number of things.
Point being, you definately need to go to a doctor and have it checked out. Especially since you say you havent been able to eat for 3 days.
Don't try to guess for yourself or have others try to guess for you. If it's some sort of infection it needs to be treated with medicine you can have your doctor perscribe for you.

see a doctor/dentist immediately. have x-rays taken. and eat something. blend your food together if you have to or just eat soups or broth. you might also want to take light pain killers.

as for what it could be? well. I had a similiar problem a few years ago that turned out to be an impacted wisdom tooth that I didn't have removed until last winter. if it comes down to surgery or braces, definitely choose surgery. it's quick and nearly painless. you go in, fall asleep, wake up an hour or two later with your mouth packed in gauze and you go home. recovery is about a week or two. with braces you have to wear them for years and sometimes they don't work. it's likely something very simple that can be easily fixed.
