ok im 5'3 & i weigh about 115 pounds and i feel like i weigh so much. i wanna weigh like 95-100 pounds. is that to light for my height. or what people say i look anorexic but im not even close to it. & im ashamed of the way i look. does anyone know any ways so that i can loose weight
i excersize every night doing 50 cruches/pull ups

AskAndy answered Saturday July 15 2006, 11:53 pm: you really shouldnt try to loose weight cuz if you were to loose 15 pounds you would be underweight. in fact if you were to lose 9 or 8 pounds you would be underweight too. just dont compare yourself to other people. besides, skinny girls barely have figures anyways. if you do crunches to stay in shape, fine but its not all that nessesary. in fact you can afford to gain 15+ pounds before your near getting overweight [ AskAndy's advice column | Ask AskAndy A Question ]
xoxbellabebexox answered Saturday July 15 2006, 11:36 pm: im 5'3 i weigh 135 pounds i dont consider myself fat i fit into a size 6 jeans sometimes 4 {if i try} and i am a 36 c and 95 pounds is to light for our height. im pretty sure that ur at the perfect wieght. i mean im over and i accept it. if u feel good about yourself and everyone sees it. then you will feel better about your body and be fine with it trust me i know. ive been through so many battles with my body that i just learned that this is the body i have been given and this is the only one ill have for the rest of my life, so i just have to have fun while im in it. because you'll end up missing stuff worrying.

You are probably going through a time when you dont like how you look. every 1 goes through that. Ummmm.. but if you really think you are fat or something then eat healthier and don't stay inside all day.
