well have you talked to the guy about how you feel? see what he says i say you tel him now before its too late! but have you also talked to your friend about how he likes her? does she even know? talk to her first and see whats going on, i mean make sure sure she doesn't have a thing for him you know? good luck!

You don't say if your friend likes him in return.
If she likes him too, please do not be one of those who says if I can't have him you can't either. It will be tough but if he doesn't like you there is nothing you can do but find someone better. :)
