over weight

ok im over weight and my family and friends are always like "loose weight" and ive tried the no junk food and exercize and thewhatching calories and non of this seems to work what should i do?

Its clearly difficult to lose weight without a daily scheduled routine and diet that you make a commitment to keep up with. So I would just try to commit to it and go to the gym and find a "personal trainer" my dad is one and they'll help you with whatever you want help with.

DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP ABOUT IT! Some people just have a slow metabolism. And also, some peoples genetics cause this. It just happens. If its the case, then its not your fault. Just ignore them. and learn to love yourself.

you know something...in order to loose weight you have to eat everything you want but in small portions ....like for example your lunch is a huge pizza...eat half of it..eat half of your regular serving and drink lots of water be4 your meals and you can even have a lil chocolate but if you prevent yourself completly from junkfood or carbs your gonna wake up one day after youve lost a couple of pounds and run to the fridge and eat everything you can get your hands on...and dont expect to go on a diet for 2 weeks or so and expect to have a beyonce body...it takes time....hang up your favorite pair of jeans on the door that no longer fit you and go "you know what i might as well give it off to charity if i dont loose weight" good luck

well how long did you try the no junk food, excersize, and watching the calories diet? it take about 4 months to notice a weight change. it sucks because it is a lot easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight. if you can try losing 3-6 pounds a week, youll have lost about 20 pounds in a month

First,go to your doctor.Your doctor can determine if you need to lose some weight or if you are fine.If you do need to lose weight,here are some tips:You don't have to cut out junk food completely,just eat it in moderation!Also,you can trying trading in junk food for healthier versions(like frozen yogurt instead of ice cream!It tastes the same!)Have 3 small healthy meals a day(breakfast,lunch,dinner)and 2 healthy snacks(pudding or granola bars with bits of chocolate is okay)DO NOT skip meals!Try only to eat if your hungry.If your only a tiny bit hungry and you need an energy boost,just grab a snack.It's good that you're excercising,but just remember that you won't get thinner overnight.It usually takes 4-8 weeks to see a difference.Also,try to keep your routine fun so you don't get bored.It's also good that you're watching calories,but also watch the fat content too.My last tip is:Get enough sleep!The less sleep you get,the more you crave junk food.Wow,that was long!Hope I helped!

hey,
I've answered a couple of problems like these in column before, so i'll tell you what i said:
1- You can go to the gym everyday and exercise for losing weight and for fitness
2- You can consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan containing only the 4 food groups
3- You have to completely stop eating any junk or fats
4- You can go for long walks
5- you can run the track everyday
6- Do some exercises when you wake up every morning
7- If you get hungry , you can just simply drink alot of water only
8- you can consult a doctor and do with pilates

These are some of my suggestions, but if you want you can check my column for more suggestions. And i promise that if you work on these methods then you'd lose weight and be fit in less than a month.
