fruits What fruits are the best for you? I mean I know almost all fruits are really good for you, but what ones are the BEST for you? And why?

The best fruit a dieter can have in my opinion is pineapple. Pineapples contain a special enzyme which other fruits do not which helps in the more efficient metabolising of proteins which should be high with nay dieter. Reason being all enzymes are proteins, but all proteins are not enzymes. ]
banana, potassium
apricot, clears you digestive system
orange, vitamin c
and pretty muchALL fruits are good for you, but these (i think) are the top 3 ]
bananas have potassium which is really good for you and by eating bananas you can lower the risk of heart diseases. also all the other fruits that the people below me named are the best. ]
all fruits are good for different parts of your body! so the best thing to do is to eat all types of fruit(p.s. fruit salad = great snack)
but so far every where i go i constantly hear ppl saying that berries are the best for you!(expecialy bluberries) they do the most to help every part of your body!

each fruit is good for a differnt part of your body. lemons and citrus fruits like kiwi, lemons, grapfruits, ornages are full of vitamin C which is good for your teeth,gums,bones and muscles and wards off colds. apricots and raisins are full of iron which are good for healthy blood supply and oxegen. straberries, nectarines and apricots are good for sparkling eyes, sharp ngiht vision and smooth skin. i would go with apricots. also apples are better for you then coffe in the morning. they give you more energy and don't make you crash 20 minutes later. ]
