Well, every guy varies. It especially matters how far they are through puberty. Average guys when their that age though are about 6inches. Could be bigger tho depending on if their done w/ puberty, or if their just a bigger guy (by bigger i mean taller) and things like that. If their a smaller boy, their might be smaller.
