Kissing.
Kay. Well me and this kid Matt are supposed to be hanging out really soon. We're like not going out but we're basically together. He's two years and 8 months older then me. I wanna make a good impression around him and stuff. I've had so many oppurtunties to kiss him, but I am so scared! I told him I hate making the first move, and I've never done it before so he wants me to do it once. When were gonna be together today I wanna kiss him sooo badly, but like how am I supposed to know when? This is bugging me so badly, cause I don't wanna do it at the wrong moment! Eeek. Okay well if you`re like off alone, just talking to him and he`s talking you could just like put your finger to his mouth and then lean into kiss him. Or if your talking, just slowly quiet down and then lean youre face into kiss him, maybe say something sweet to him like " I`m so glad I`m here with you." Just kiss him, he sounds like he wants to kiss you back! =] just relax and have fun with him, keep it clean!

I'm sure you will know when the right time is. Right now you don't, but when you are with him, I'm sure you will know when the right time is to do it. If you want to do it while your together, just wait until you done talking about a good conversation and when hes just looking into your eyes for a long time. That is usually the best time. Just wait for a stop in a conversation and look into his eyes. Stay like that for a minute and then just gradually move in slowly. He obviously wants to kiss you back so you have nothing to worry about.

Ok, here's the thing. You gotta let him know you want to. So flirt with him alot, and touch him. Put your finger on his lips and if he kisses it or sucks it or something like that, then you know he'd like to. Or you could playfully just say, "Hey let's make out".
A sure fire way is to make sure both of your faces are close, then you can just kiss him if he doesn't make a move, and if you don't he will.
