i just feel like everything is a mess. everything is wrong, and i feel like its wrong because of me. i dont want to feel like this anymore and i dont want to push people away like i do, for no reason. what do i do..why am i like this?

this exact thing happend to me.
what really happend is once started blaming myself for little things suddenly it felt like everything is my fault. try making a list of positive things about your personality or things that you've done that HELPED people and put it somewhere you can see all the time. or maybe you could take up writing. [thats what i did] you could write poems, songs, stories, whatever comes to mind. just try to think of something fun that you enjoy doing that might take your mind of things. ]
Are you a teenager? If so then that is exactly what all of your friends are thinking as well. It's nothing abnormal, and it's nothing to worry about. It's called raging hormones and it's unavoidable. Just try to stay positive and reach out to people. ]
I think everyone goes through a stage like this in their lives when they feel depressed, and have emotional ups and downs (most of the time they go through it in teen years with hormones). Just relax, and talk to someone you can trust. Call someone in your family (grandparent, aunt, etc.) and tell them how you've been feeling lately. Do something to relax your moods, like write in a journal, do yoga, work out, anything to bring out your feelings. I usually listen to music when I'm upset that I can relate to, which really helps while I work out. If you need anymore help, leave a message in my inbox :] Much love

hey, it depends if your in your teens then it could possibly just be hormones. but i think the main thing you can do is to go out side and some activites. do some things that make you feel happy and forget about what is going on for a while. because everything that is going wrong just cant be blamed on you. so maybe just relax and do some activities that are stimulating for the brain and some physical activities as well. just as long as these activites keep you healthy and happy. (i.e. if you like to read that might be good or maybe even yoga and meditation) ]
