Tennis Will tennis help me to stay in shape for track?

i mean its better than nothing but isn't as intense as track is. but added tennis to a light exercise should be plenty fine! ]
yes it will, and it will keep you on your toes, ready to move. but i also suggest running/jogging in addition to tennis. that way you're actually running more, as you do in track.

not really, the best thing to help with track is to run alot. ]
It'll help you stay in shape but it won't do you that good for track. You probably need something with more running. You could always just go for a run everyday and try to improve your time each day or every few days. ]
