i would ask your gynecologist on tht one. ive heard of birth control pills reducing cramps, but honestly- i think its simply a myth. it never worked for me, and ive always had real bad cramps every other month. ]
If you are sexually active DO NOT TAKE BIRTH CONTROL!
MY friend's family all get sists and then they have this gross bag with teeth and stuff from the baby. Pretty gross so yeah please don't use birth control!!!! Try ec=xercising or yes go to a doctor ]
i have the same problem. it gets so bad that i feel like my sides are ripping open. i went to the doctor and they said that i have a sist on one of my ovaries that causes severe pain.
they do have medicine for that, so my advice to you is to go to a doctor or gynocologist. dont worry it wont be as bad as you think.
hope things get better :-/ ]
Birth Control doesnt help cramps, it just makes your period shorter. Use hot towels or just lay in bed.
hope this helps ]
First talk to your doctor and see what he thinks [ ♥ ] ]
You've got two good routes to go down here, and both start with getting good medical advice. From there, you can try homeopathic 'cures' for bad cramps.
These include avoiding salt just before your period, going for a walk every day, using a heating pad on your tummy, and a variety of herbs that can help your body cope.
Your other option is medication. Your doctor might be able to prescribe particularly strong painkillers, inform you about birth control and possible side affects, etc. They will probably also check to see the possible reasons for these increasingly bad cramps.
They could be normal for you, or they could signify a condition that might be treatable.
Either way, have a chat with your doctor. It might also help to keep a log of what you're eating and if anything particularly noteable happens in the month - and which days you get cramps. You might find a link.
Best of luck. ]
