yesterday at my basketball game, i twisted my ankle & couldn't play. it's swollen & a bit bruised, but i can limp. i can't put all my weight on it. my mom is going to go get me a wrap for it but i'm not quite sure which one. are there ace bandages that wrap around your whole ankle & the bottom of your foot?? it's like i can barely walk. any ideas??

Now, instead of just bandages, Ace makes handy little braces that are amazing. They go around your ankle, the bottom of about ahlf your foot, and a little above the ankle. They come in small, medium, large, and maybe x-tra large, but make sure to get the right size so it fits snuggly. If this doesn't help or the ankle continues to swell or pressure and pain increases, go to the doctor immediately to make sure you didn't break a bone or hurt a muscle severely. Feel Better! Or, you could go to your docter, and they might give you what's called an air cast. I hope this was helpful to you and your ankle feels better soon!!
