you should go to a martial arts school and take a trial free course and they will teach you different kicks and punches n stuff then if you like it sign up
kicking a bag and wearing yourself out by excercising till you can no more are the two best things for stress.
try kicking by bringing ur leg in a circle either side and kicking it with the v part above your ankle and do as many as you can fast kick then jump n kick with the other and only have one foot on the grounde everyonce ina while to hold you up. or crunches with your knees bent then legs in the air then laying flat
im in tae kwon do and i joined because the er doctors made me. i used to have post traumatic stress disorder to the extreme but ever since iv ben in karate i feel perfect, other than the physical pain i go threw i am mentally perfect thanks to karate. so even if you dont like it at first you should take classes and ul eventually loveee it.

you should try punching a punching bag...it really helps when you get upset (or stressed) or if you get like an intense workout tape, from a video store...those help as well.

good luck.

I get stressed out real easy and I always need to find new ways to relax. What I do is yoga it is easy and you might think at first you are not flexable and you can't but really you don't need to. You can buy the videos at almost any store and they are real cheap. Make sure when you do it you are in a nice quiet area where you can't be interupted.

Good luck,
Hope I helped

I would go to a store and just see what they have. Ask some friends what they like to do when they are stressed. It's really good that you like to take out your stress by excersising and not other things! Sorry i didn't really recommend things, but i would just see what stores in your town have.
