No, I never have, but it sounds like a scam. Especially when you see popups advertising that site, and saying 'FREE' all over it. Be careful, don't give them your information, 'cause I think that its too good to be true.

No I havent, but usually things like that are scams. With hidden fees, of course, or other strings attached, be careful. :)
