In my sophomore year in high school, I've become friends with a senior and known him for only a year. As soon as he graduated and school ended, I have thought about no one else but him. It was then that I realized that I liked him a lot, and I missed him a lot. We still talk over the phone and e-mail and instant message, but I want to open up to him and tell him how much I like him personally before he moves on to college. I know there is no easier way to do this, but are there a couple of things to say before I open up, just to ease up the conversation?

that you get together and hang out before he has to leave?
Go out to dinner, go do something fun and maybe he will bring it up. If he doesn't then you can either tell him how you feel or hope he wants to go out again. Sooner or later he is bound to want to talk about it. Especially if you have fun together. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
