If i was in your situation i would find someone i really trusted and talk to them about it. you will feel much better because it's not all cooped up inside of you anymore.

oh im so sorry about your cousin that is very sad. i just lost my cousin a couple of weeks ago too and its the hardest thing ever trying to cope without him. the way your feeling is probably a reaction to your loss. people grieve in all sorts of different ways, it can also be because of stress that the school year is ending and finals are coming. you really should try to get lots of sleep it does help a lot and makes you feel more refreshed. as for the ADD i dont know much about that but you could always talk to a parent or someone whom you trust in to talk to them about. i hope i helped im sorry again lots of love and luck

Well I would feel out of it too, if something that horrible happened.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Its something thats really hard to deal with, your mind is probably running on empty because you are trying to sort the reasons and problems out in your head, but theres no answers to them, your mind is restless. Try talking to close friends or family, and getting things out, you need rest, since it sounds like you are physically and emotionally tired and worn out.
I dont think you havd A.D.D but its probably because well hello! You've lost someone important to you! I wouldnt be able to concentrate either, let the teachers know what happened, and how its hard for you to study, so maybe they can arranage something? Like have your exams a little later, or easier, or something that could help.
I am so sorry for you loss. :(

Take care.

Hi there, Im sorry to hear that your Cousin died. It must be quite painful sometimes for you. I can understand how you feel. ADD is a sign of lack of concentration. It can lead to frustration. It can affect us in, School, work or even playing a game like chess. I reccomend you hang out with some good friends a bit. Talk to someone you trust like a Counsellor. Maybe you could go and see a Psychiatrist. He can advise you to take medication. It might even be a sign of depression. These are signs of depression:

1. Eating less/more than usual
2. Sleeping less/more than usual
3. Want to kill yourself
4. Feeling sad all the time
5. Have difficulty concentrating
6. Not interested in your friends or your hobbies anymore
7. Frequently tired or out of energy
8. Worrying or constantly stressed out

If you answered yes to most of these questions then you could have depression. I know it's hard to get back to normal when someone we care about die's, but we have to put that behind us and move on. I know that this is a hard time for you, and Im sorry that it's hard for you. Arrange a time to see a Counsellor. He can give you good advice. See how that goes, if still feeling bad in the next week or so, then book an appointment to see a Psychiatrist or another expert on these sorts of issues. Hope things get better for you. Daniel.
