What is he doing?

Question Posted Tuesday June 13 2006, 10:12 pm

Ok there's a guy I like and it's summer already meaning schools out. We both go to the same school.
So we both like each other. There's one problem: When he's online and his best friend jamie(a girl) is on, he doesn't IM me or anything.
Then when she isn't on, he IM's me as SOON as I get online.
Why do you think he doesnt IM me when his best friend is on?
Thanks.

Aww, well you could just be looking too hard, you know? If Jamie is is best friend, I bet he likes talking to her too, but he doesnt realize how you're seeing this.
The only reason I can think of why he doesnt IM you when his best friend is on, is because.. well there are numerous reasons, but he probably isnt even talking to Jamie, maybe its quincidental you know?

Hi, maybe he just does'nt realise that your online sometimes, and is to busy talking to Jamie. There is a possibilty that he might like Jamie as more as a friend, and wants to be more close to her. However, thats anyones guess. Your better off just saying something like "how come you don't see me online when you talk to your friend". Just ask him, when your talking about a similar subject to this. Just ask him nicely. If your thinking of asking him out, then just wait and see. Jamie might yet pop the question first! Daniel.

Well it is his best friend so they probably are used to talking all the time and he probably doesnt even notice you are online. So when she is offline and you get online he notices and gets all happy and IM's you really quick. I dont think it is anything to worry about, but there is a chance he likes his best friend. If they have been friends for along time dont even worry about it. It is obvious that they get along but there has got to be a reason why they are just friends.
